Job details:

Build human-like AI voice agents using LLMs, STT, and TTS. Focus on conversation quality, intelligence, and low latency.

• Build STT → LLM → TTS voice pipelines
• Design natural conversations & prompts
• Handle interruptions, fallbacks, multi-turn flows
• Improve accuracy, CX, and performance

Skills:

• Strong in LLMs & prompt engineering
• Familiar with speech tech (Whisper, Deepgram, etc.)
• Backend: Python / Node.js
• Experience in voice bots / conversational AI in the previous role is required, especially if worked in some AI company.

Speech: Whisper, Deepgram, Google STT, Azure Speech

TTS: ElevenLabs, Azure TTS, PlayHT, Coqui

LLMs: OpenAI, Vertex AI, Claude, Llama

Telephony: SIP, WebRTC, FreeSWITCH, Asterisk

Backend: Node.js / Python / Golang

Infra: AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

Realtime Systems: WebSockets, streaming pipelines
