Your Opportunity
Join BeGig as a Conversational AI Architect and design intelligent, context-aware chat systems that drive customer engagement. You’ll lead the architecture of enterprise-grade conversational platforms leveraging LLMs and NLU frameworks.
Role Overview
As a Conversational AI Architect, you will:
- Design scalable architectures for chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) with business workflows.
- Implement conversation orchestration, memory, and context management systems.
- Define frameworks for testing, versioning, and evaluating conversational performance.
- Collaborate with UX, AI, and backend teams to deliver production-ready systems.
Technical Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years in AI, NLP, or conversational design.
- Tools: Experience with Rasa, Dialogflow, LangChain, or custom LLM stacks.
- Programming: Strong Python background with REST and GraphQL integration.
- Architecture: Understanding of microservices, cloud deployment, and API orchestration.
- Data: Familiarity with embeddings, fine-tuning, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
