Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Convention Centre Manager located in Kasaragod. The position involves overseeing all aspects of convention center operations, including managing events, coordinating convention services, planning meetings, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The role also involves budget management, fostering relationships with clients, and maintaining the highest standards of service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meeting Planning and coordination
- Extensive experience in Convention Services and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong skills in Event Planning and organization
- Knowledge of Budgeting and financial planning related to conventions
- Familiarity with Conventions and managing associated logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
