Learn more about us: https://linktr.ee/convegenius11 Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all deliveries, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and delivering high-quality products and tech solutions in a timely manner. Oversee a multi-functional team of software developers, DevOps, database and cloud administrators, product managers, and UI/UX specialists to create EdTech and GovTech products that can operate at census scale in the state of Bhopal. Cultivate strong working relationships with senior stakeholders in the Government and set strategic direction and priorities for all products. Lead by example to foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and problem-solving culture among team members. Provide strategic insights into the product delivery lifecycle for internal leadership; manage the scale and pace of growth in Bhopal by developing young leaders within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field 2+ years of Tech Project Management or Product Management experience, preferably in a B2G environment. Demonstrated functional knowledge/expertise across tech, product, and general management. Excellent strategic communication skills; able to manage delivery pressures from customers while maintaining a calm and motivating demeanor with the team. Proven ability as a problem solver, especially in bringing clarity to less defined problems. Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-changing environments. A strong passion for impacting millions of children through technology. Educational/work background in Computer Science, Software Development, or Product Management. Experience managing a diverse team of individual contributors and managers in a start-up-like environment.
