Job description:
We are currently hiring for a Controls Senior Analyst / Specialist with 3–5 years of relevant experience in internal controls, risk, internal audit, or related areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage Controls Team administration, including scheduling process walkthroughs and coordinating project plans.
- Co-facilitating financial process walkthroughs with Internal Controls Manager
- Prepare Risk & Control Matrices (RACMs), controls testing documentation, process flowcharts, control gap analysis, and related documentation.
- Perform controls risk assessments as required
- Co-ordination of control campaigns & reporting status / escalations
- Support with building out AI risk & controls capabilities - building AI Agents / automation of testing / RACM creation
Systems & Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite: Medium proficiency
- Microsoft Visio: High proficiency
- Experience with GRC, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Controls tools will be an advantage.
- Interest or experience in AI, automation, or AI-enabled controls will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) OR Risk / Risk / Internal Audit qualification such as CIA or equivalent.
Work experience:
Prior actual experience of financial process and control walkthroughs, documentation of Risk & Control Matrices (RACMs), controls testing and control gap assessments.
Work Timings:
- April to October: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST
- November to March: 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
