Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the Controller of Examination at CT University, based in Ludhiana. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the examination process, including scheduling, administration, and result management, while ensuring compliance with university regulations and standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining examination records, coordinating with faculties and departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of evaluation processes. Some remote work is permissible as part of the hybrid work arrangement.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in examination or academic operations.
- Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and managing academic records and data systems.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance requirements in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Proficiency in handling technological tools and systems relevant to examination processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
- Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
