Controlled Holdings - an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls - is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Jackson Systems (Wholesale) division. This role sits on our Customer Acquisition Team (CAT), where strategy, hustle, and teamwork come together to win new business and grow lasting partnerships.

Details, Details:

You’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in driving new business growth:

  • Prospect, qualify, present solutions, negotiate, and close new accounts
  • Promote and sell Jackson Systems products and services to new customers
  • Conduct product trainings and educate customers on solutions
  • Maintain a healthy, balanced pipeline within your assigned territory
  • Hit (and exceed) daily call/email activity expectations
  • Deliver consistent, profitable revenue growth while meeting or surpassing sales quotas
  • Build a strong year-over-year performance track record using multiple sales approaches

What You Bring:

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

  • A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills
  • 1–3 years of proven inside sales experience
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for service
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools, and MS Office
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Bias for action, strong work ethic, and a drive to win
