Our certification division plays a key role in auditing and verifying organizations against recognized standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and review of certification documentation
- Support auditors and certification coordinators with administrative tasks
- Help track audit schedules, reports, and certification timelines
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of certification activities
- Participate in team meetings and learning sessions
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in sustainability, compliance, or certification processes
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Internship Details:
- Duration: May – July (Summer Internship)
- Schedule: Approximately 19–19.5 hours per week
- Compensation: $15 per hour
- Payroll: Biweekly, paid in arrears
