Role Overview:
This role is responsible for end-to-end visibility and performance management of logistics
operations, ensuring smooth forward and RTO flow while driving data-led decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor courier and partner performance on a daily basis
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards
• Analyze customer experience metrics (delivery delays, failures, etc.)
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
• Manage forward and reverse logistics (RTO)
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Drive SLA adherence and operational excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (advanced preferred)
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
