Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Control Tower Executive (Sales + Finance). The individual in this role will oversee and monitor key sales and finance operations to ensure smooth and effective business functioning. Daily tasks include analyzing sales and financial performance, developing actionable business plans, coordinating with various teams for operational efficiency, and implementing management controls. The Control Tower Executive will act as a crucial liaison to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Management Control and Analytical Skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Should Have Good Excel knowledge
- Must have Proficient communication in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting practices to ensure accurate financial monitoring and reporting
- Experience in Business Planning, including strategizing and forecasting to support operations and objectives
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in a sales and finance integration environment is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment
