Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Finance Specialist located in Bengaluru, India. The role involves managing sales operations, providing customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing financial processes like loan approvals and payment management. The individual will be responsible for training and motivating the sales team, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and foster long-term relationships.
- Should have Excellent knowledge in MS EXCEL
- Should have Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including closing deals, achieving targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in Training and developing teams to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
- Ability to manage financial processes relevant to real estate transactions, including home loan coordination and payment management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in real estate or PropTech industries is a plus.
