Key Responsibilities:
1. Panel Assembly & Wiring
- Assemble control panels as per GA drawings and layout
- Perform internal wiring based on electrical schematics
- Mount components like PLCs, VFDs, relays, contactors, SMPS, terminals
2. Testing & Inspection
- Conduct continuity and insulation resistance tests
- Perform functional testing of panels before dispatch
- Ensure proper labeling, ferruling, and cable dressing
3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Identify and rectify wiring faults and component issues
- Support panel modification and rework activities
- Assist in site installation and commissioning if required
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain testing records and checklists
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines
5. Coordination
- Work closely with design engineers and supervisors
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support production targets and deadlines
