Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Control Panel Manager to lead our Automation Business operations related to control panel design, engineering, production coordination, and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in EPLAN, panel design standards, electrical automation systems, and team management skills.
The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end control panel activities including design review, project planning, technical support, customer coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Control Panel Design & Production Team.
- Prepare and review electrical schematics using EPLAN.
- Handle control panel projects for industrial automation applications.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Support procurement and BOM preparation activities.
- Conduct technical reviews and troubleshooting during panel assembly and commissioning.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and design team members.
- Manage resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in EPLAN Electric P8
- Experience in:
- PLC Panels
- VFD Panels
- MCC & PCC Panels
- Servo & Motion Control Systems
- Industrial Automation Systems
- Knowledge of electrical components and panel standards.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and electrical drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation
- Mechatronics
- Relevant Engineering Discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate from Automation / Panel Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience in industrial control panel projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in handling teams and customer communication.
