Location: Langenfeld What you can expect from us: Design and further development of user interfaces for our software solutions (B2B, B2C) Development of intuitive and appealing UI designs, including interactive input forms and table designs Creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas Collaboration with product managers, developers, and UX designers to implement design concepts Optimization of usability and interaction designs Creation and maintenance of design systems, interactive components, and style guides in Figma What we would like from you: Completed degree or training in UX design, media informatics, interaction design, or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in UX/UI design and UX research ideally with a focus on software products Fluent in common design tools such as Figma Solid knowledge of design systems, typography, and color theory Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage Creativity, a good sense of aesthetics, and a structured and independent working style Strong communication skills and team spirit Navigate unclear, fast-changing contexts with quick exploration/prototypes/validates multiple directions Experienced with designing customer-facing AI interactions, creates service blueprints and covers edge cases Fluent with English; German skills desirable
