Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Control Centre Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day air medical operations, coordinating logistics for patient transport, liaising with medical teams to ensure the highest quality of care, and collaborating with clients and service providers. The role includes maintaining communication with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing records and documentation for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations Coordination and Communication Management
- Experience in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Administrative Tasks, Documentation, and Record-Keeping
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of medical or aviation industry operations is an advantage
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
