The Project
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepare and execute contract documentation, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advise on contract administration, valuations, variations, and claims, safeguarding financial integrity and alignment with contractual terms.
- Provide cost control and reporting services, delivering accurate financial reports and clear insights to clients.
- Manage completion processes, including certificates of practical completion, defect resolution, and final account agreements.
- Drive improvements in systems and processes, supporting transformational change and promoting technical excellence.
- Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into project delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.
You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in the relevant field.
