They specialize in delivering large-scale urban and industrial infrastructure projects, including refineries and petrochemical plants. With a strong focus on the clean energy transition, we provide integrated solutions across sectors such as green fuels, transportation, power generation, chemicals, water management and advanced technology facilities.
Position Summary
Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle—management, negotiation, and administration—for large and complex EPC projects within the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive contract reviews with key stakeholders for large and complex contracts
• Monitor contracts for compliance and risk mitigation
• Develop and implement robust contract management frameworks aligned with company policies
• Ensure strong understanding of legal and tax implications in contracts and project delivery
• Manage contract documentation and correspondence effectively
• Oversee critical contract elements such as delivery terms, payments, breach clauses, modifications, and penalties
• Stay updated on evolving statutory rules and regulatory requirements
Experience & Education
• Experience: 15–25 years in the EPC industry (Data Center experience preferred)
• Education: B.Tech
