Key Responsibilities
Contracting & Procurement
Manage end-to-end contracts & procurements lifecycle for construction projects.
Prepare tender documents, RFQs, bid packages, and commercial evaluation reports.
Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and recommend award strategies.
Lead contract negotiations and finalization with vendors and contractors.
Vendor identification & Developement
Finishing Contracts
Handle procurement and contracting of finishing work packages including:
Flooring ,False ceilings, painting, ID, Façade works & Architectural finishes
Horticulture & Landscaping Contracts
Manage contracts life cycle for horticulture and landscaping contracts in cluding project horticulture developments, nursery establisments, supply of plants, AMC for the developed areas etc.
Evaluate vendors, negotiate rates, and ensure quality and timely delivery of services
Minimum Requirements –
10–12 years of experience in Contracts within Real Estate .
Extensive exposure to procurement and contract management of finishing and landscaping/horticulture packages.
