Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Contractors Manager specializing in Interior Fit-outs. The role involves overseeing and managing contractor operations to ensure timely and quality execution of interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities include supervising construction schedules, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets, and conducting quality assurance checks. The role also requires effective collaboration with design teams, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, contractor supervision, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, work under tight schedules, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, project scheduling software, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in managing large-scale interior fit-out projects is highly advantageous.
