Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contractor based in Amritsar. The Contractor will oversee construction projects, manage and coordinate teams on-site, ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include project planning, supervising work activities, managing material requirements, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Management, Project Scheduling, and Site Supervision
- Knowledge of Safety Standards, Building Codes, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proficiency in Budgeting, Cost Estimation, and Resource Allocation
- Strong Leadership, Team Coordination, and Communication skills
- Problem-Solving abilities and Decision-Making capabilities
- Experience with construction tools, equipment, and technologies
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in similar roles is highly desirable
