Location: Offshore (India) - 100% Remote
Work Schedule: US EST Hours (06:30 PM or 07:30 PM to 03:30 AM or 04:30 AM in IST Hours)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Specialist with a strong background working with IT infrastructure manufacturers and vendors. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of infrastructure-related contracts, including renewals, compliance, pricing alignment, and coordination with internal teams and vendor partners.
The ideal candidate understands manufacturer maintenance agreements, licensing models, support renewals, and infrastructure lifecycle planning and can work closely with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure contracts are managed efficiently and proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track infrastructure contracts, support agreements, and maintenance renewals across multiple manufacturers and vendors
- Coordinate with infrastructure manufacturers (such as Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HPE, etc.) and distributors to obtain renewal quotes, pricing, and contract updates
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, renewal dates, terms, and associated documentation
- Proactively identify contracts 90/60/30 days prior to renewal and work with internal teams to ensure timely renewals
- Review and analyze contract terms to ensure compliance, correct pricing, and alignment with client agreements
- Work closely with sales, lifecycle management, and finance teams to process renewals and new contract agreements
- Support co-termination strategies and contract consolidation where applicable
- Assist with vendor escalations, licensing questions, and contract discrepancies
- Maintain contract documentation within internal systems and tools
- Provide reporting on contract status, upcoming renewals, and risk areas
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or renewals within the IT or technology sector
- Experience working with IT infrastructure manufacturers and distributors
- Strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance contracts, licensing, and support agreements
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across internal teams and external vendors
- Experience working with CRM, PSA, or contract management tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with manufacturers such as Cisco, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, VMware, Microsoft, or similar infrastructure providers
- Familiarity with IT lifecycle management, asset management, and infrastructure support contracts
- Experience within an MSP, VAR, or technology services organization
