📄 Job Description – Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Bangalore (No relocation)
Experience: 5–7 Years
Type: Contract

- Must be currently based in Bangalore

🔍 Role
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Handle volume hiring / staff augmentation
- Stakeholder management & sourcing strategy
- Drive closures within TAT & budget
- Use ATS and ensure good candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience in staffing/services organizations
- Strong in social media hiring & sourcing
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics
