Your impact
Role
The Contract Manager shall support the Sr. Contract Manager in performing the post-award contract
administration of the EPC Contracts, aligned to the objectives & governing policies of the Client.
Responsibilities
- Draft contractual letters, Notices, response to contractor’s time & cost claims.
- Manage variations/ Changes to the Contract.
- Work towards development of procedures and best practices relating to Contract Administration
- Review Insurances & Guarantees submitted by the Contractor, to ensure compliance with the
requirement of the Contract.
- Coordinate with representatives of other functional groups and other project and stakeholders.

Here's what you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
- Working Experience and a good level of understanding of EPC/ D&B Contracts.
- Overall experience post degree should be 10 years. Of which a minimum of 7 years’ experience in
post-award contract administration with client facing roles.
- Project (site) experience in contract administration preferably in major capital development
programs.
- Knowledge of administering standard form as well as bespoke contracts
- Knowledge of Indian Acts & regulations applicable to construction contracts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work at all organizational levels required.
