Contracts Manager (Pre & Post Contracts)
📍 Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strong expertise in handling Pre & Post Contract activities for large-scale Commercial and IT Park projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in contract administration, tendering, commercial management, claims management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage the complete contract lifecycle from tendering to project closure
✔ Review, draft, negotiate, and administer contracts with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
✔ Handle pre-contract activities including tendering, bid evaluation, techno-commercial analysis, and contract finalization
✔ Manage post-contract activities including contract administration, billing support, variations, claims, and EOT submissions
✔ Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, and project compliance requirements
✔ Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual matters
✔ Handle variation orders, dispute resolution, and commercial risk mitigation
✔ Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all contractual records and correspondence
✔ Support cost control, budgeting, and commercial management activities
✔ Prepare contractual reports and project commercial status updates for management
Required Qualifications
🎓 B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
Required Experience
✅ Minimum 12+ years of experience in Contracts Management
✅ End-to-end Commercial / IT Park project experience mandatory
✅ Experience working with PMC / Contractors / A Grade Developers preferred
✅ Exposure to large-scale commercial developments and fit-out projects
Required Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management
✔ Expertise in Pre & Post Contract processes
✔ Tendering, bid evaluation & contract administration
✔ Claims management, variations & EOT handling
✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
✔ Knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent contract frameworks
✔ Good understanding of project costing and risk management
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
