About the Role
SNF India is looking for an experienced Contract Labour Management Manager to oversee the complete management of contract workmen at our manufacturing facility. The role focuses exclusively on contract workforce management, ensuring manpower availability, statutory compliance, contractor management, industrial harmony, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end contract labour operations.
* Ensure timely deployment of contract manpower based on production requirements.
* Coordinate with contractors and department heads for daily manpower planning.
* Build strong relationships with contract workmen and address grievances promptly.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, including Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI, wages, and statutory records.
* Conduct contractor compliance reviews and maintain audit-ready documentation.
* Support internal, external, customer, and statutory audits.
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
* Prepare manpower, compliance, and contractor MIS reports.
* Promote safe working practices and employee welfare.
