Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer (Sales, CPQ & Service Cloud) – Contract
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Pan India (Work from Office)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud implementations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing Salesforce applications, ensuring quality delivery, and validating end-to-end business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual and/or automation testing for Salesforce applications
Test Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Validate end-to-end business processes across Salesforce modules
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Stakeholders
Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing
Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure data validation and data migration testing where applicable
Support production deployments and perform post-release validations
Required Skills:
5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing
Strong knowledge of:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote)
Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation testing
Good understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules
Experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
