Spectral Consultants is #Hiring | Contract Governance Specialist | CLM & Third-Party Risk for one of the Leading Global Risk Advisory Firm
Experience - 7-9 Years
Location- Chennai
The role will work closely with CIB (Corporate & Institutional Banking) and global stakeholders across TPRM, IT Security, Legal, Compliance, Sourcing and Business teams to ensure effective contract governance, risk control and compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end contract lifecycle
• Ensure contracts align with CIB risk, governance and control frameworks
• Partner with TPRM, IT Security, Legal, Compliance and Sourcing teams
• Support vendor governance, sourcing strategies and contract negotiations
• Ensure adherence to Group norms, regulatory requirements and CIB standards
• Drive process improvements, best practices and data-driven insights
• Manage multiple global stakeholders and ensure effective coordination
🔹 Looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management / Contract Management / Vendor Governance / TPRM
• Strong understanding of risk, regulatory and governance frameworks
• Exposure to IT contracts / IT & Cybersecurity fundamentals
• Good financial and analytical understanding
• Strong process, documentation and reporting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
