We are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong expertise in contract management within the construction sector and hands-on experience in villa, high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects, we would love to hear from you.
📢 Hiring: Contracts Engineer (7+ Years Experience Required)
📍 Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in contract management activities across projects
- Review and analyze terms and conditions of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure compliance
- Support dispute resolution processes, including claims and variations
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met
- Maintain proper documentation and contract records.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer
- Mandatory experience in villa, high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
