We are hiring for the Position of Contracts cum Billing Manager.
Project: PMNC Kopparthy Project
Location- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer project contracts as per agreed terms and conditions
- Prepare, verify, and process RA bills and final bills
- Handle client billing, invoicing, and certification processes
- Monitor project costs, variations, extra items, and claims
- Ensure timely submission and approval of bills from client/consultant
- Maintain all contract-related documentation and records
- Coordinate with site team, client, and consultants for measurements and billing approvals
- Identify contractual risks and support in claim management and dispute resolution
- Track payments and follow up with client for outstanding dues
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing, cost, and contract status
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 15 years of experience in contracts and billing
- Experience in infrastructure / railway / government projects preferred
- Strong understanding of contract conditions (EPC/Item Rate/PMC/GC works)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software
