Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
Draft, review, and maintain contractor/vendor agreements
Ensure compliance with contract terms, scope, and timelines
Maintain contract documentation and records
Coordinate with legal and project teams for contract finalization
2. Billing & Invoicing
Prepare and process contractor running bills (RA bills) and final bills
Verify quantities with BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and site measurements
Cross-check rates as per contract terms
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
3. Cost Monitoring
Track project costs against budgets
Identify variations, extra items, and deviations
Assist in cost control and reporting
4. Coordination
Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and finance teams
Resolve billing discrepancies with contractors/vendors
Support audits by providing required documentation
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper billing records and approvals
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Assist in internal and external audits
