Deputy Director of Health Services (Facilities & Capital Projects)

The Deputy Director of Health Services (Facilities & Capital Projects) is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing the Health Services Facilities & Capital Projects Division. This includes leading the development, implementation, and oversight of health facility capital improvement projects, as well as facility-related operational and maintenance activities. The Deputy Director will work with the Health Services Director to set the strategic vision and priorities for the Division. They will oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation, and will serve as the subject matter expert on health facility and construction-related issues. This position requires demonstrated leadership in the planning, design, and construction of large-scale, complex health facilities, as well as experience with master planning, facility assessments, and project management.
