The role
This role leads and supports global implementations of absence management and time & attendance solutions, ensuring successful delivery from design through rollout and stabilization. The position works closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors, applying structured project and PMO practices to deliver standardised, scalable, and efficient global solutions while supporting operational readiness and compliance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Global Implementation (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of absence management and time tracking solutions across multiple countries
- Own project planning, coordination, and execution, including roadmap, milestones, and timelines
- Support end‑to‑end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, design validation, testing, deployment, and hypercare
- Act as a core liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, business stakeholders, GPOs and vendors
- Drive alignment between global template design while coordinating local/country requirements and regulatory needs
- Oversee testing SIT/UAT cycles, including payroll validation and reconciliation testing
- Ensure smooth transition from project to operations, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover
Process Ownership & Expertise (Secondary)
- Act as subject matter expert for absence and time tracking processes
- Support alignment between time & absence data and payroll calculation requirements
- Maintain clear and up‑to‑date process documentation, guidelines, and standards
- Support governance and compliance, ensuring processes meet internal controls and audit requirements
- Support operational stability, including resolution of escalations and process-related queries
PMO & Project Execution Support
- Apply PMO disciplines to support structured project delivery
- Maintain project artifacts such as plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reports
- Actively track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Support governance forums with clear, structured materials and updates
- Ensure delivery timelines and milestones are met, driving accountability across stakeholders
Stakeholder & Data Support
- Work with global and local stakeholders to ensure adoption and understanding of implemented solutions
- Support change management activities, including communications, training, and user enablement
- Support data accuracy and reporting related to time and absence
- Provide input into training materials, user communications, and change activities
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in HR systems, HR operations, or HR Transformational roles and can
operate confidently in global or multi-country HR projects
- Brings strong skills in absence management and/or time & attendance implementations
- Exposure to PMO or structured project delivery environments
- Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
- Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
