Shift Timing: 6.00 AM – 6.00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) US Shift. This will cover any 9 hours depending on business need

Role Overview :
Job Role
We are hiring a Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence Manager to drive process improvement initiatives across US-process operations such as Accounting, Mortgage, Healthcare RCM, or Customer Support.
The role involves improving productivity, service quality, SLA performance, and driving automation-led transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC)
- Improve KPIs like SLA, AHT, CSAT, TAT, Accuracy, Productivity
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement solutions
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams
- Present improvement insights to stakeholders / US clients
- Identify automation opportunities (Excel VBA / Power BI / RPA preferred)
Required Skills
- 7+ years' experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services
- Exposure to US-process operations
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (mandatory) / Black Belt preferred
- Strong experience in productivity / quality improvement initiatives
- Advanced Excel skills (Power BI preferred)
