We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Continuing Airworthiness Manager (CAM) to join our growing aviation team in India. This is DGCA approved Job position available as a full time on-roll job opportunity. The candidate must have strong experience managing large and complex aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all continuing airworthiness activities for the fleet
- Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations as applicable
- Manage and oversee Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP)
- Monitor aircraft maintenance programs, reliability, and technical records
- Coordinate with AMO, OEMs, and regulatory authorities
- Handle DGCA audits, and regulatory approval
- Manage ADs, SBs, modifications, and repairs implementation
- Build and mentor a high-performing airworthiness team
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Aeronautical/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in continuing airworthiness or CAMO environment
- Strong knowledge of DGCA CAR-M / CAR 145 regulations
- Experience with aircraft maintenance planning and technical records management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
