Job Summary
Office Solution AI Labs is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Contingency Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment and be capable of closing positions within the given timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.
Target
- Minimum 1 successful closure per month (mandatory).
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: ₹5,000 for every successful closure
Requirements
- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
