Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ongole for a Continental Cuisine Head Chef. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. They will develop and execute innovative Continental menus, supervise kitchen staff, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and manage inventory and cost controls. The role also involves training and mentoring the culinary team to consistently deliver outstanding dishes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Continental cuisine, menu development, and culinary creativity
- Experience in food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high quality standards
- Leadership skills, including training, mentoring, and supervising kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic kitchen environment
- Culinary certification or relevant professional training is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
