At Contetra, we are looking for an experienced ERPNext Technical Consultant to join our client’s team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the ERPNext platform and a strong grasp of its various modules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand client business processes and map them effectively to ERPNext modules
2. Configure and customize ERPNext as per business needs
3. Lead functional implementation and end-to-end ERPNext deployment
4. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users
5. Collaborate with technical teams to address gaps and recommend enhancements
6. Create documentation for process flows, user manuals, and training materials
7. Troubleshoot issues and work closely with development teams to resolve them
8. Stay updated on the latest ERPNext features and releases
Required Skills:
9.Proven experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant
10. In-depth knowledge of key modules: Accounting, HR & Payroll,
11. Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Projects, and Support
12. Strong understanding of business processes across different functions
13. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
14. Ability to work independently and manage client expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field
ERPNext certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in working with ERPNext in a consulting or client-facing role
