Role Overview
RM Group of Education is looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Writer who can create engaging, modern, and impactful content across digital platforms. The candidate should understand current content trends, audience psychology, and social media-driven communication styles.
Key Responsibilities
* Write engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, captions, brochures, and promotional campaigns
* Create modern, student-focused, and high-converting content ideas
* Develop scripts for reels, short videos, and educational promotional content
* Research trending topics, education industry trends, and viral content formats
* Coordinate with the design and social media team for campaign execution
* Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
* Proofread and optimize content for clarity, engagement, and reach
* Assist in content planning and monthly content calendars
Eligibilitya Criteria
* Fresher to 3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation
* Graduate in any discipline (Mass Communication, English, Journalism preferred but not mandatory)
Required Skills
* Strong written English and grammar
* Creative thinking with knowledge of modern content trends
* Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and short-form content styles
* Basic SEO and hashtag knowledge is a plus
* Ability to write both formal and catchy marketing content
* Knowledge of AI writing tools and Canva is an added advantage
Preferred Qualities
* Camera-friendly personality is a plus
* Should be proactive with new content ideas
* Understanding of Gen-Z and student audience communication style
* Fast learner with strong execution mindset
