What This Role Is About:
As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high-quality content across multiple client accounts. This role involves owning content planning and execution while working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client strategy, campaigns, and brand voice. You will collaborate closely with Client Account Managers (CAMs), Marketing, and Design teams to ensure content remains relevant, consistent, and timely. This role is suited for someone
who values teamwork, takes ownership of outcomes, and is comfortable stepping beyond defined responsibilities when the situation demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing:
● Write clear, compelling, and high-quality content aligned with LinkedIn and client communication goals.
● Translate client objectives, briefs, and strategies into strong written narratives that reflect each client’s voice.
● Produce content that is engaging, structured, and aligned with platform best practices.
● Deliver first drafts that require minimal revisions due to clarity, accuracy, and strong storytelling.
● Continuously improve writing quality based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving client needs.
Content Planning & Strategy:
● Draft and deliver monthly content calendars, content pillars, and optimisation documents within agreed timelines.
● Ensure alignment with client strategies, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with Client Account Managers, Marketing, and Design teams to maintain content relevance and creative quality.
● Participate actively in discussions to understand requirements and contribute ideas that improve outcomes.
Execution & Quality Control:
● Ensure all content is proofread, original, accurate, and client-ready before submission.
● Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all deliverables for each client.
Ownership & Timely Delivery
● Monitor deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
● Take responsibility for revisions, feedback implementation, and follow-ups to minimise rework.
Who We’re Looking For:
● 1–3 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or similar roles.
● Prior experience in startups, agencies, media, or creative environments is a plus.
● Comfortable handling multiple clients, briefs, and timelines.
● Enjoys ownership, accountability, and building things from scratch.
● Values teamwork, shared wins, and supporting others when it counts.
