Job Title: Content-Led UI Designer (Web & Digital)
Location: Bangurnagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Create Digital Experiences That Speak, Convert, and InspireAt Mudita, we’re looking for a unique blend of talent—someone who can write compelling content and also design clean, high-converting web pages using no-code or low-code platforms (training will be provided on the tools). What You'll Be Doing✍️ Content Writing & Communication- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for websites, landing pages, emails, and presentations
- Craft headlines, CTAs, and messaging that drive action
- Shape content narratives that align with user behavior and brand strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
🎨 UI Design & Page Building (No-Code)- Design and build landing pages and websites with strong layout, structure, and user flow
- Apply design fundamentals like hierarchy, spacing, readability, and brand consistency
- Use no-code or low-code platforms to implement responsive, functional UI designs (tool training will be provided)
- Think mobile-first and conversion-first at every stage of the design
🚀 Optimization & UX Thinking- Understand the user journey and suggest improvements for clarity, speed, and engagement
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to refine content and layout
- Continuously learn and apply best practices in UI/UX, copywriting, and visual communication
Who You Are✅ 1–3 years of experience in content writing + digital or UI design
✅ Strong grasp of layout, structure, visual hierarchy, and conversion principles
✅ Confident in writing content that's engaging, goal-oriented, and easy to digest
✅ Comfortable learning and using no-code tools (we’ll provide support and training)
✅ Great communicator with fluency in English—written and spoken
✅ Bonus: Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
✅ A thoughtful portfolio showing content + design thinking (landing pages, websites, presentations, etc.)
Requirements- 📍 Location: This is a full-time, in-office role in Goregaon West, Mumbai
- 💻 Laptop: Candidate must bring their own laptop (capable of handling design and editing tools)
- 🚀 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
- 📝 Portfolio: Required. Should include both content writing and UI/design work
