Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer Team Lead, located in Chandigarh, India. The individual will lead the content creation team, overseeing strategy and execution of writing projects. Responsibilities include crafting high-quality web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. The Content Writer Team Lead will mentor and guide the content team, ensuring the consistency and quality of deliverables across all projects while aligning them with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and exceptional Writing skills
- Experience with developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Strong Research abilities to gather relevant and credible information
- Attention to detail with excellent Proofreading skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with digital content trends, SEO best practices, and audience engagement metrics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
