Job Purpose: Content creation for UPSC and State PCS (Prelims + Mains) as per latest syllabus and exam pattern.
- Create MCQs with detailed explanations.
- Develop Mains questions and model answers.
- Review, proofread, and fact-check content.
- Translate content between Hindi and English.
- Ensure exam relevance and academic quality.
Primary Job Responsibilities: Exam-oriented content creation for UPSC and State PCS.
- Draft MCQs, Mains questions, and model answers.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and syllabus alignment.
- Perform content review and proofreading.
- Translate and adapt content bilingually.
- Meet content quality and delivery timelines.
- Provide support to the senior content team members as required.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content creation and dissemination.
Specific Knowledge & Skills: Strong command over UPSC and State PCS exam-oriented content creation.
- Strong understanding of UPSC and State PCS exam patterns.
- Ability to write analytical and structured answers.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Familiarity with current affairs and static syllabus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Tech friendly and strong research skills.

Qualification And Experience
Minimum Qualification: Cleared UPSC and State PCS Mains or appeared in interview.
