We are an e-commerce enterprise specializing in the online sale of carpets, cushions, and accessories, we boast a team of over 100 dedicated employees. As we continue to expand our operations and team, we are actively seeking a Content Writer & Strategist.
About the Role
This is not a task-execution role. You will own the content and copy function across our eCommerce brands — from product pages and email flows to SEO content, AEO strategies, and AI-assisted publishing pipelines.
You will work closely with marketing, design, SEO, and eCommerce teams, and your work will directly impact traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Own
Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy aligned with brand growth objectives across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and USA markets.
• Build and maintain editorial calendars across SEO, AEO, social, email, product, and campaign content.
• Identify content gaps through performance analysis, search trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to align content with acquisition and conversion goals.
Copywriting & Conversion
• Write high-converting product descriptions, landing pages, ad copy, blogs, email campaigns, and category pages.
• Craft compelling messaging that improves CTR, engagement, and on-site conversion.
• Maintain a distinct and consistent brand voice across every customer touchpoint — website, ads, packaging, CRM, and social content.
• Translate product features into emotionally engaging customer benefits.
SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation)
• Plan and produce SEO-optimised long-form content and website copy to drive sustained organic growth.
• Implement AEO best practices to help content appear in:
o AI-generated answers
o Featured snippets
o Voice search
o Google AI Overviews
o Platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity
• Conduct keyword, topical, and question-based research to identify high-intent opportunities.
• Structure content for readability, semantic relevance, and AI discoverability.
Performance & Optimisation
• Track content performance using analytics and SEO tools.
• Continuously optimise underperforming content based on rankings, engagement, and conversion data.
• Collaborate with SEO and paid media teams to improve landing page performance.
• Measure success through traffic growth, ranking improvements, engagement metrics, and revenue contribution.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–9 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing for eCommerce or D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and modern search behaviour.
• Exposure to AEO, AI-search optimisation, or structured content frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail.
• Ability to write both creatively and commercially.
• Experience working with content management systems and SEO tools.
• Understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused writing.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing product copy, landing pages, blogs, or performance-driven content.
