We are looking for a sharp, creative Social Media Manager to build a personal brand and real estate presence from absolute zero (0 followers). This isn't just about "posting"—we need someone who can own the strategy, write the words, and grow the audience.
The Role
Build from Scratch: You will be responsible for building the audience and social image from the ground up.
Full Ownership: You handle the strategy. You decide what to post, how to post it, and how to make the brand stand out.
Trilingual Content: You must be excellent at playing with words in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Daily Execution: Managing and posting content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Real Estate & Personal Branding: Creating content that promotes real estate projects while building a high-authority professional image.
What We Are Looking For
Growth Experts: You know the actual tactics to gain followers and build a professional image organically.
Strictly No AI: We need a human writer, not an AI bot. If you rely on ChatGPT for "filler" content, please do not apply. We want authentic, sharp, and engaging writing.
Trend Aware: You understand current social media trends (Reels, LinkedIn storytelling, etc.) and know how to use them for business.
Independent: You don't need a script. You bring the ideas and execute them.
Experience & Compensation
At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content writing.
