V-Create is a 10-year-old creative agency in Indore working with 100+ clients across social media management, branding, digital marketing, and video production.
We're growing and looking for a sharp Content Writer who can craft engaging, platform-ready content for social media — someone who understands brands, knows what works on Instagram and LinkedIn, and can deliver without constant hand-holding.

What you'll do
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
→ Write content calendars, captions, and post concepts for multiple clients across industries
→ Research brand voice, competitor content, and audience for each client
→ Write hooks, carousel copy, reel scripts, and story content
→ Use AI tools to speed up content research and drafting without losing quality or brand voice
→ Coordinate content approvals through our internal team
→ Deliver content on schedule — every time

What we're looking for
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ 1–3 years of experience writing social media content for brands or a creative agency
✅ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook content formats
✅ Hands-on experience with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar (mandatory, not optional)
✅ Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
✅ Good written English and Hindi — bilingual content is a plus
✅ Someone who takes ownership of their work without being micromanaged
