About the Role
We are looking for a Content Writer – ORM who can craft sharp, platform-native and reputation-focused content. This role involves creating responses, narratives and communication that help shape and protect brand perception across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. ORM-Focused Content Creation
- Write clear, concise and brand-aligned responses to online conversations
- Create platform-specific content for X, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc.
- Ensure tone, messaging and intent align with brand guidelines
2. Reputation Management Communication
- Draft responses for customer queries, feedback and sensitive situations
- Support in managing brand perception through thoughtful communication
- Adapt messaging based on sentiment, context and platform
3. Collaboration with ORM & Listening Teams
- Work closely with social listening teams to understand trends and sentiment
- Convert insights into effective communication strategies
- Support in real-time response planning
4. Content Strategy Support
- Contribute to ORM content frameworks and response approaches
- Assist in building narratives that strengthen brand reputation
- Ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Content Writing / ORM / Digital Content
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and audience behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write in different tones and formats (formal, conversational, crisis response, etc.)
- Quick thinker with strong attention to detail
- Experience in agency/digital environment preferred
