Job Title: Content Writer/Marketer (5+ Years Exp)
Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic Content Marketer who goes beyond writing and focuses on building high-impact content that drives demand, strengthens positioning, and supports revenue growth.
This role requires someone who understands the full content lifecycle—from ideation to distribution to performance. The ideal candidate can create content that ranks, converts, and differentiates, while aligning closely with business goals and target audiences.
Key Responsibilities- ● Develop and execute content strategies aligned with demand generation and thought leadership goals
- ● Create high-quality content across formats:
- ○ Blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers
- ○ LinkedIn thought leadership content
- ○ Sales enablement assets (pitch decks, solution briefs)
- ● Build content for webinars, events, and campaign themes
- ● Translate complex services into clear, compelling value propositions
- ● Align content with ICPs, buyer journeys, and pain points
- ● Optimize content for SEO, search intent, and discoverability across platforms
- ● Drive content distribution across organic and inbound channels
- ● Continuously improve content performance based on data and insights
Key Skills & Expertise- ● Strong experience in B2B content marketing (IT services / SaaS preferred)
- ● Proven ability to create content for:
- ○ Salesforce services
- ○ Microsoft ecosystem
- ○ ERP solutions
- ○ Mobile app development
- ○ Digital engineering / analytics solutions
- ● Deep understanding of demand generation content vs brand content
- ● Knowledge of SEO, content ranking, and search intent optimization
- ● Understanding of LLM-driven content discovery and optimization trends
- ● Ability to build positioning, messaging, and differentiation
- ● Strong grasp of ICP mapping, pain points, and solution storytelling
KPIs (Success Metrics)- ● Content-driven inbound traffic and engagement
- ● Contribution to lead generation and pipeline
- ● Content ranking and visibility (SEO / discoverability)
- ● Performance of thought leadership content
- ● Sales enablement effectiveness
