Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Content Writer Intern at Team Counsel. The intern will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing written and visual content across digital platforms. The role involves managing the firm’s social media presence, assisting in content strategy, and producing engaging posts, blogs, and thought-leadership content aligned with the firm’s work in the startup and legal ecosystem. The selected candidate will work closely with the leadership and growth teams to build a consistent content pipeline and strengthen Team Counsel’s online presence.
Please Note:
• This is a full-time internship role.
• The first month will be an assessment period and unpaid.
• Stipend from the second month onwards will be based on performance.
• Internship duration: 3 months, with possible extension subject to performance.
• The role is remote as of now, with preference for candidates based in Bangalore.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1-3 years of experience required.
• Legal background preferred, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in posting and managing content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
• Ability to independently manage content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with Canva and similar design/content creation tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand voice.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and short-form video/content formats will be an added advantage.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Professionalism, creativity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
