We’re hiring a Content & Client Success Intern to work directly on helping international students and migrants land corporate jobs.
This is not a typical content writing role.
You will be responsible for both:
👉 Creating high-impact job search assets
👉 Ensuring clients actually use them and get results
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Write ATS-optimized resumes and cover letters
- Build LinkedIn profiles and positioning
- Create cold outreach messages (LinkedIn + email)
- Develop interview preparation playbooks and templates
- Work directly with clients to understand their background
- Ensure clients are executing (outreach, applications, follow-ups)
- Track progress and push clients to stay consistent
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong written English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically (not just write)
- Comfortable interacting with clients
- High ownership and accountability
- Comfortable using AI and humanising AI content
