Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Writer based in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging web content, developing effective content strategies, conducting market and audience research, and proofreading and editing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that aligns with brand goals and enhances customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Write high-quality long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies)
rt-form content (ads, social media, website copy)
✔ Ghostwrite for founders and leadership (LinkedIn posts, articles, thought leadership)
✔ Conduct in-depth research on industry trends (ad-tech, mar-tech, D2C ecosystem)
✔ Develop editorial content and content calendars
✔ Collaborate with growth, product, and sales teams for content needs
✔ Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and business goals
✔ Optimize content for SEO and performance
Requirements
✔ 2–5 years of experience in content writing / copywriting
✔ Strong portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content
✔ Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
✔ Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging content
✔ Strong research and analytical skills
✔ Experience with SEO fundamentals and content optimization
Good to Have
✔ Experience in ad-tech / mar-tech / SaaS / D2C
✔ Prior experience in ghostwriting for founders or leadership
✔ Familiarity with tools like Notion, Grammarly, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
